My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although small, were clean and tidy. However, the limited space made it a bit challenging to move around comfortably. The service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly and helpful 24/7. The location was convenient for accessing the Westfield Shopping Mall but lacked the charm of other areas. The dining experience was a bit bland, and the facilities were average.
